Spencer Named to NCAA DI Men's Soccer Committee

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Beginning with the 2019 season, University of Evansville director of athletics Mark Spencer will serve on the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee, it was announced by the NCAA.

"This is an exciting opportunity to serve the NCAA and student-athletes around the country," said Spencer. "I am looking forward to the opportunity to work alongside others around the nation to help continue the tradition of collegiate soccer."

The NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee is responsible for the organization and implementation of the national championship tournament, including the determination of the participants and creation of the bracket. The committee also establishes playing rules and procedures for competition.
