EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Following an eight-game homestand, the University of Evansville baseball team hits the road for a Tuesday trip to Butler with first pitch at 3 PM (CT) in Indianapolis.

Previewing the Matchup: Butler

• The Aces and Bulldogs are meeting for the 111th time on Tuesday with Evansville owning a 72-38 advantage in the all-time series
• Evansville and Butler last met a season ago at German American Bank Field as UE took 2-of-3 games in the weekend series.
• Butler enters the weekend with a 15-17 record, most recently dropping a series to Villanova over the weekend.
• For Evansville, it marks the start of an eight-game road trip for Evansville, including three-game sets at Missouri State and Indiana State and a midweek game at Purdue.

Tanner Ties It

• Launching a second-inning three-run homer on Sunday, first baseman Tanner Craig tied the Evansville program record for career home runs.
• Driving it 422 feet and off the top netting in left center field, Craig's 40th career homer ties him with the late Jeff Starks for first all-time at UE.
