ST. LOUIS – Three University of Evansville volleyball players were named to the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Team on Tuesday. Earning the accolade for the Purple Aces were Chloe Cline, Sabrina Ripple, and Kora Ruff.

"Congratulations to Chloe, Sabrina, and Kora for earning a place on the MVC Scholar-Athlete team," UE head volleyball coach Zach Weinberg said. "These three are the definition of what it means to be a Student-Athlete, in that order. They handle their business in the classroom, on the court, and in the community, and we couldn't be prouder of them!"

Chloe Cline – Junior – Middle Blocker – Bettendorf, Iowa
- Holds a 3.88 GPA
- Majoring in Exercise Science
- Her average of 0.63 blocks per set was 25th in the MVC
- Averaged 1.92 kills per set over the course of the season
- Set career mark with 15 kills in road contest at Bradley
- Tied career mark with six blocks in match at Butler

Sabrina Ripple – Sophomore – MB – Reynoldsburg, Ohio
- Holds a 4.0 cumulative GPA
- Majoring in Marketing
- Completed the regular season 15th in the league with an average of 0.84 blocks per set
- Recorded career-best seven total blocks (3 solo/4 assist) versus Purdue Fort Wayne
- Set career mark with seven block assists at USI

Kora Ruff – Senior – Setter – Bettendorf, Iowa
- Holds a 3.952 GPA
- Majoring in Psychology
- Finished the regular season second in the league with 7.28 assists per set
- Was 23rd in the MVC with 2.51 digs per set
- Wrapped up her career third in program history in assists
- Her top season tally of 48 assists came in victory at Indiana State
