Last Time Out
- UE traveled to Terre Haute to face Indiana State on Tuesday evening with the Sycamores picking up a 3-0 win
- Wren Jones and Savannah Gogel posted six kills apiece while Carsyn Kelley added 20 assists
 
Top Performance
- Last weekend at Drake, Lyla Fisher reset her career mark with 21 kills
- It passed her previous tally of 18, which came at UIC, and was the highest total for a Purple Aces player this season
- Fisher continues to pace the team while ranking 14th in the MVC with 2.61 kills per set
 
Reaching 50
- In the Oct. 24 match at Drake, Carsyn Kelley registered 50 assists to reset her career mark
- She previously had 49 assists in the win over USI
- Kelley is third in the MVC with her season average of 8.64 assists and his improved that mark to 8.95 in MVC matches
- Defensively, she has been making strides, registering at least eight digs in 10 of the last 14 matches
 
In a Zone
- Wren Jones has been on a roll as of late recording double digit kills in six of the last nine matches
- Jones matched her top conference total with 13 kills at Drake; she also posted 13 versus Illinois State
- With a season average of 2.46 kills per set, Jones is 18th in the MVC
 
Scouting the Opponent
- Northern Iowa is 16-5 overall and 10-0 in the MVC including a 3-0 win over UE on Oct. 23 in Cedar Falls
- Cassidy Hartman and Lily Dykstra rank #1 and #2 in the MVC with averages of 4.33 and 4.14 kills per set, respectively
