ST. LOUIS – For the second week in a row, University of Evansville golfer Jane Grankina has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Women's Golfer of the Week.
 
On Monday, Grankina was medalist at the Indiana State Invitational. After opening the tournament with a 74, Grankina recorded a 73 in the second round. Her final score of 147 bested the competition by three strokes.
 
Grankina's efforts also helped the Purple Aces take the team championship. All five UE players finished in the top ten as UE won the tournament by 15 strokes.
