EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Evansville baseball team will take on crosstown rivals Southern Indiana on Monday in the first of two midweek meetings this season, traveling to the West Side to battle the Screaming Eagles. First pitch is set for 6 p.m.

- In last weekend's series win over Belmont, the Evansville pitching staff struck out 33 Bruins for an average of 11 strikeouts per game
- In Friday's series opening win, Max Hansmann and Kevin Reed combined to fan 14 Bruins, a season best
- Evansville reset that season high on Sunday, with Kenton Deverman and Chris McCormack combining for 15 punch-outs to help the Aces clinch the series
