PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – Wednesday's final round of the Golfweek/Stifel Women's Spring Challenge saw the University of Evansville women's golf team record a 13
th-place finish at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.
Final Results
Leading the way for the Purple Aces was Jane Grankina. Posting her low score of the week, Grankina's 73 gave her a 3-round total of 222. She finished in a tie for 18
th. Two behind her was Kate Petrova. She carded a 77 in the third round to finish in a tie for 25
th with a 224. Petrova had UE's low round of the event with a 2-under 69 in the opening round.

Next up was Louise Standtke. She improved in each round going from a 79 to a 78 before wrapping up the third day with a 76. Standtke tied for 58
th with a 233. Haley Hughes registered a final score of 240. Her low score came on Tuesday with a 76. Elizabeth Mercer was two behind Hughes with a 242. Her top effort came on Monday with a 77.

Evansville took 13
th in the final standings with a 913. UE was just two behind an 11
th-place tie between Fairleigh Dickinson and Radford.

Middle Tennessee State took the team championship with an 876. They came in three strokes ahead of Coastal Carolina. Grace Engel of Samford and Katie Stephens from Charleston Southern tied for the individual win with final scores of 208.
