NASHVILLE – The University of Evansville track & field team completed day two of the Outdoor Music City Challenge on Saturday.

Women 

Lily Gargano (Hudson, Fla./Vivay) competed in the high jump, placing 13^th with a mark of 1.45 meters.
 
In the 400 meters, Josie Seehafer (Inver Grove Heights, Minn./Eagan) placed 26^th with a time of 57.28.
 
Taylor Johnson (Evansville, Ind./Reitz) had a strong showing in the 400 meter hurdles, placing eighth with a time of 1:01.72.
 
Gwen Darrah (Cleveland, Ohio/Orange) led three Aces in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.94 meters to place 13^th, while Jillian Miller (Boonville, Ind./Boonville) placed 21^st at 34.12 meters and Emma Bertel (Franklin, Ind./Franklin Community) placed 22^nd with 32.79 meters. Bertel and Miller also competed in the shot put, with Bertel placing seventh at 11.51 meters and Miller placing 12^th at 9.24 meters.
 
Three Aces competed in the 800 meters, led by Chase Hayes (Noblesville, Ind. Western) in 42^nd at 2:19.43. Amick McClelland (Quincy, Ill./Quincy) placed 52^nd with a time of 2:25.20, while Rebekah Sachs (Milwaukee, Wis./Milwaukee School of Languages) placed 55^th at 2:30.58.

Men
In the hammer throw, Tyler Cherne (Boardman, Ohio/Boardman) led three Aces with at 15^th place finish at 47.43 meters. Beau Baldwin (Mount Vernon, Ind./Mt. Vernon) placed 17^th with a mark of 44.24 meters, and Drew Aaron (Mount Vernon, Ind./Mount Vernon) placed 23^rd with a mark of 30.31 meters. Aaron also competed in the shot put, placing 19^th with a mark of 11.43 meters.

Evansville's 4x100 meter relay team of Judge Nguyen (Farmington Hills, Mich./Noth Farmington), Connor Shin (Bloomington, Ind./Bloomington North) Josiah Hoehn (Hazel Crest, Ill./Homewood-Flossmoor), and Myles Terry (Evansville, Ind./North) placed seventh with a time of 42.11. Hoehn qualified for the final in the 100 meters, running at a time of 10.82 in the first round before placing fourth in the final with a time of 10.72.
 
Three Aces competed in the 400 meters, led by Terry in 18^th with a time of 49.12, followed by Kadin McAllister (Lilburn, Ga./Parkview) in 30^th at 50.78 and Jake (Switz City, Ind./White River Valley) in 33^rd with a time of 51.95.
 
Brody Riggs (Fort Branch, Ind./Gibson Southern) placed 16^th in the 400 meter hurdles, clocking a time of 58.14.
 
Three Aces competed in the 800 meters, led by Tommaso Losma (Lombardia, Italy/Liceo Scientifico David Maria Turoldo, Zogno (Bg) in 21^st at 1:54.26. Rafael Rodriguez (Segovia, Spain/Colegio Claret) placed 35^th with a time of 1:57.87, while McAllister placed 37^th at 1:58.01.
 
Evansville's 4x400 meter relay team of Riggs, Losma, Antibus and Woody Burrell (Cedarburg, Wis./Cedarburg) placed eighth at 3:29.70.
