EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Head Coach Robbe Tarver and the University of Evansville men's soccer program have revealed a challenging 2026 schedule as they look to defend their 2025 Missouri Valley Conference regular season championship. The non-conference schedule includes three defending conference champions, three Big Ten opponents, and three opponents who qualified for the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

Evansville begins its slate with two away preseason matches, one against familiar MVC foe, Belmont on Sunday, August 9 and the second at Horizon League opponent, Northern Kentucky on Saturday, August 15.

Non-Conference Slate
Bellarmine (Aug 20, Away): The season starts against a familiar A-SUN opponent, as the Aces begin their campaign against the Knights for the sixth straight season. The series is knotted at 1-1-3.

Indiana (Aug 23, Away): The historic rivalry is rekindled this fall as the Aces head to Bloomington to face the Hoosiers. Evansville has drawn two out of the last three matches vs. IU. The Hoosiers have qualified for 39 consecutive NCAA Tournaments and were the number six overall seed in last year's tournament.

Northwestern (Aug 28, Home, Alumni Weekend): The Big Ten foe returns to Evansville after a 1-0 win during the 2025 season in Evanston. Northwestern was 8-6-2 in 2025. The match also marks Alumni Weekend for the Aces, who will host an Alumni Match vs. the current team on Saturday, August 29.

Kentucky (Sept 4, Away): The defending Sun Belt champions host the Aces in the first regular season match between the two programs since 2016. The series is tilted towards Kentucky, who have won nine out of 14 matches.

Louisville (Sept 8, Home): For the sixth straight season, the Aces battle the Cards. Evansville is coming off a 3-1 victory at Louisville last season and own the overall series, 12-5-1.

Lindenwood (Sept 11, Away): Evansville travels to the defending OVC regular season and conference champions in a mid-September clash. Lindenwood has won the last two games in the series.

Wisconsin (Oct 20, Away): Evansville plays another Big Ten opponent, Wisconsin, for the first time since 2004. Wisconsin spent time in 2025 ranked in the top 25 before finishing 8-8. Evansville holds a 13-7-1 all time edge over the Badgers.
