FLORENCE, Ind. – Wrapping up the final day of the NKU Fall Invitational with a 1-over 71, Jane Grankina led the way for the University of Evansville women's golf team at Belterra Golf Club.
Final Results
Grankina improved in each of the three rounds making the jump from an 85 to an 82 before carding a 72 in the final 18. She tied for 46
th with a final tally of 239. Trinity Dubbs also lowered her score in each round going from an 85 in round one before completing the final two rounds with scores of 83 and 80. Her final tally of 248 saw her finish in 55
th.
Mia McGraw led the Purple Aces with an 82 in the first round before posting an 88 in round two before carding an 83 in the final round. Her final score of 251 put her in 56
th place. Adeline Wittmer lowered her score each round. Following a 92 to open play, Wittmer posted scores of 89 and 84 to finish with a 265. Frankie Leigh Nicholes wrapped up the event with a 300.
UE took 11
th place while Butler took the team and individual championships. Their 3-round tally of 874 bested IU Indy by 22 strokes. Addi Kool of BU was the medalist with a 208. She came in eight strokes ahead of a second-place tie.
