2008 – Dynamic central midfielder who possesses outstanding ball skills...Second Team All-Missouri Valley Conference and a member of the MVC All-Freshman Team...the only freshman chosen first or second team all-MVC...fourth on the squad in scoring with nine points...second on the team and eighth in the MVC in assists, with seven...member of the ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team...scored a goal in 2-1 regular season win over Bradley...made assists in seven different matches.

High School/Club – Highly regarded attacking player...team captain of the LAFC of the U.S. Soccer Developmental Academy, which won the 2007 USL Super-Y League North American national championship...also led his team to titles in the 2007 Nomads College Showcase and California Cup...club teammate of UE classmate Bobby Reiss....played in the prestigious Adidas Elite Soccer Program (ESP), making him the fourth member of that program to join the Aces this year...MVP at James Monroe High School.


Personal –  Richard Guillermo Menjivar...born October 31, 1990 in Panorama City, Cal...son of Jose and Elba Menjivar...has three older sisters...academic major is undecided.
