At Evansville 05-06:All-Conference honorable mention...won the 100 breast versus Missouri State...finished fifth in the 200 breast at the MVC championships...set the Aces' fastest time in the 200 breast and second top time in the 100 breast and 200 IM. 04-05:Named to the All-MVC Honorable Mention team...placed seventh in the 200 breast with a time of 2:31.76 and tied for sixth with teammate Taryn Brelage in the 100 breast with a time of 1:09.31 at the MVC Championships 03-04: Swam the Aces' fastest time in the 200 breast...swam top-ten times in 100 breast, 200 IM and 400 IM...finished 7th in the 200 breast, ninth in the 100 breast and 12th in the 200 IM at the MVC Championships...named MVC honorable mention.
Background: Four year state qualifier at Parkway South...her times of 2:14.7 in the 200 indivdual medley and 1:09 in the 100 breaststroke would have qualified her for 15th and 6th place, respectively in last seasons’s MVC Championships...daughter of Aidan and Cindy Murphy...majoring in education.
