2013-2014: Ranked 3^rd on the team for the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:09.93…Ranked in the top 20 in the MVC for the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:23.52

2012-2013: Thurman was ranked 9^th on the team in the 200 Free with a top time of 2:03.26…2^nd on the team in the 500 Free with a top time of  5:14.29…2^nd on the team in the 1000 Free with a top time of 10:39.74…1^st on the team in the 1650 Free with a  top time of 17:51.16….3^rd on the team in the 100 Breast with a top time of 1:08.18…2^nd on the team in the 200 Breast with a top time of 2:21.38…6^th on the team in the 200 Individual Medley with a top time of 2:10.86 and 2^nd on the team in the 400 Individual Medley with a top time of 4:34.02..

2011-12: Tied for eighth in the 200-breast at the MVC Championships and placed ninth in the 400-IM…also finished 15^th in the 200-IM at the MVC Championships…finished with two first place times on the year, winning the 1000-free against Butler on Oct. 2 and then again on Ball State on Oct. 22…posted career best time of 5:21.80 in the 500-free to place third against Ball State on Oct. 22…finished the year ranked ninth in the Valley in the 400-IM and 11^th in the 200-IM…owned the team-best time of 4:31.00 in the 400-IM and ranked second on the team in both the 200-IM and 1000-free…named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.

2010-11: Named honorable-mention all-MVC…Won a total of 9 events on the season…owned UE’s top-times in the 200-breast and the 400-IM… Placed 6^th in the 400-IM and 200-breast as well as finishing 11^th in the 200-IM at the MVC Championships…Ended the regular season ranked first in the Valley in the 400-IM with a time of 4:30.76 (Delta State Invite).

At Beechwood: Earned four letters for the Tigers…a two-time regional champion and conference champion in the 100 breast…holds school records in the 100 breast and 500 free…placed fourth in the state in 100 breast…NISCA All-America Academic…USA Swimming Scholastic All-America Team selection…was on Super Honor Roll all four years and a Governor’s Scholar nominee…named Remke Market Student Achiever…earned cum laude on National Latin Exam. 

Personal: Daughter of Mitch and Mary Thurman...expects to major in biology.
