2008 – Played a reserve role as a freshman...made assists in two of the five matches in which he played; assisted on Mitch Mansfield's goal in a 3-0 victory over Central Arkansas Aug. 31, and on Jordan Beshears' second goal in a 6-0 win over Centenary Sept. 26.

High School/Club – 2007 Indiana State Player of the Year...NSCAA High School All-American...NSCAA U.S. All-Region first team...led Memorial to the IHSAA state championship and a #2 national ranking by the NSCAA from his center midfield position... Eugene Cato Mental Attitude Award winner at state finals... participated in the Adidas Elite Soccer Program (ESP) in 2007... member of the Evansville Elite Soccer Club, which he led to the Indiana State Cup semifinals in 2005, 2006 and 2007...member of the Indiana Olympic Development Program...Aces Soccer Camp All-Star in 2006 and 2007.

Personal – James Mitchell Day...born March 15, 1990 in Evansville...son of Craig and Mary Day...has two younger sisters...expects to major in pre-medicine.
