2009-10: Hawkins played in 21 of UE’s 30 games as a reserve guard...Averaged 6.6 minutes per game at both the point guard and shooting guard positions as a freshman...Averaged 1.3 points per game...Saw action in 14 of UE’s 18 MVC contests, while averaging 4.2 minutes per game...Had a season-high 11 points vs. Samford on perfect 3-of-3 shooting from three-point range (11/15)...Also had eight points against Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the season-opener...Opened the year hitting six of her first 10 three-point attempts...Also hit a three in her MVC debut at Southern Illinois (1/2)...Finished the season ranked seventh on the team in three-point field goal makes with seven triples in 27 attempts...Scored 19 of her 27 points on the season at Roberts Stadium.

Why UE?: I chose UE because of the prestigious nursing program and the beautiful campus. I also felt a strong connection with the coaches and players, so I knew this is where I belonged.
