After a successful season as the Aces Director of Basketball Operations, Caleb Poston was promoted to Assistant Coach in June 2023. He joined the program in June of 2022. 

Poston brings a wealth of experience to the Aces from Pittsburgh State University (Kansas), where he served as assistant coach for the Gorillas' women's basketball team from 2021-22. Poston helped Pittsburgh State to 16 wins with a strong offensive club averaging over 72 points per game.

Prior to his time with Pittsburgh State, Poston served for two seasons as the assistant director of video for Maryland. While with the Terrapins, Poston was part of a staff that won back-to-back Big Ten regular season and tournament championships.

Poston has also served as an assistant coach and junior varsity head coach at Covenant College in Georgia during the 2018-19 season.

Poston's coaching career began during in 2016 at Xavier University as the graduate assistant/video coordinator, earning his Master's in Coaching Education and Athlete Development.

A 2016 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Poston holds a Bachelor's degree in sports administration.
