Doug Rogers

Doug Rogers begins his eighth season with the University of Evansville Women’s Basketball program and his seventh as an assistant coach after having previously served as the program’s director of basketball operations for two seasons beginning with the 2013-2014 season.

Rogers assists with the Purple Aces small forwards as well as being responsible for helping in recruiting, scouting of opponents, and overseeing the team’s academics.

A native of Lake Zurich, Ill., Rogers was the head student manager for the Wisconsin Women’s Basketball team for four seasons before graduating in 2013 with a degree in accountancy. During his time in Madison, Rogers was responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations, recruiting efforts, practice coordination, and was also the co-director of the 2012 Bobbie Kelsey Summer Camps.

Rogers previously graduated from Carmel Catholic High School in Mundelein, Ill. in 2009 playing basketball, soccer, and volleyball in his time there. His older brother, Patrick, is currently the director of basketball operations for the University of Delaware Men’s Basketball program.
