- Despite playing defense, she holds the record for fastest goal scored at North Central High School, once scoring from over 60 yards out in under six seconds
- Plays club soccer for FC Pride 04/05 ECNL RL

- Daughter of David and Jina Helms
- Has six siblings – Amari, Sarai, Jayla, Anthony, Mikala, and David
- Plans on majoring in Physical Therapy at UE
- Chose UE because “it was the best academic and athletic fit for me. I can see myself growing here as a young individual in many different ways.”
