Honorable Mention MVC Scholar-Athlete Team Selection (Spring 2021)
2022:
- Returned from injury to play in 12 matches, including six starts in the UE midfield
- Was limited minutes-wise during the course of the year to 564 minutes played
- Recorded an assist and fired six shots from her central midfield position
- Made her season-debut with 14 minutes of second-half action in UE’s 2-1 win over Morehead State (8/28/22)
- Her lone assist on the year came in UE’s 2-2 tie with UNI at home (9/29/22)
- Logged a season-high 80 minutes on the road at UIC, firing a shot (10/6/22)
- Had a season-best two shots on the road at both SEMO (9/8/22) and Indiana State (9/22/22)
- Logged 45 minutes or more in all eight MVC matches in which she played on the year
- Competed in one outdoor track & field meet for UE during the spring, finishing eighth in the javelin competition at the Jim Vargo Invitational (3/17/23) with a throw of 14.41 meters (47' 3")
2021:
- Played and started in nine of UE’s first 10 matches before going down with injury
- Logged 625 minutes in the midfield, including a season-best 99 minutes at Austin Peay (9/9/21)
- Fired five shots on the year, including a UE career-best four at Northern Kentucky (9/5/21)
- Three of her five shots were on frame
- Ranked third on the team in assists with three
- Recorded a UE career-best two assists in UE’s 3-0 victory over Belmont (8/22/21)
- Posted her third assist of the year on a goal at UNI (9/17/21)
- All three assists came off of corner kicks, as Benati was one of UE’s set piece specialists
- UE was 5-0-4 in the nine matches in which she played in, outscoring the opposition 14-6
2020-21:
- Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention recognition
- Midfielder who played in all eight matches, while making seven starts
- Had 630 minutes of playing time while seeing 110 minutes of work in both matches against Valparaiso (3/24/21 and 4/11/21)
- Credited with an assist in UE’s 1-0 road win at Loyola (4/3/21)
- Of her five shots on the year, two were on goal
- Season-high of two shot attempts came against Indiana State (4/7/21)
2019 (at University at Buffalo):
- Did not appear in a match at the University at Buffalo
2018 (at University at Buffalo):
- Did not play in a regular-season match for the Bulls as a freshman

- A Mathematics major at UE
- Has an older sister Julia - who played at Buffalo from 2014 through 2017, and currently plays for FC London in Canada’s League1 Ontario
