Biography
2019-20:
- Swam the team’s second-best 100 back race of the season at the SIU Invite, finishing in 58.03 - it marked the #6 time in school history
- Finished the 200 back in 2:09.78 versus EIU (#2 season time for UE)
- Recorded a 28.96 in the 50 back against EIU (#2 season time for UE)
- In the 100 free, swam a 52.99 at the MVC Championships (#4 season time for UE)
- Completed the 50 free in 24.78 at the MVC Championships (#5 season time for UE)
2017-2018: Ranked 2nd on the team in the 200 freestyle with a season best 1:55.06 at the 2018 MVC Championship...also clocked a season best 5:15.59 in the 500 freestyle.
2016-2017: Team leader in the 500 freestyle with an MVC top 20 finishing 5:09.37... took an additional top 20 finish in the 200 backstroke... scored the best mile time on team at House of Champions with 18:00.90.
At Monument: Team captain in 2014... 2015 Swimmer of the year... placed 2nd in Youth Age Group at SA Nationals...
Personal: Daughter of Konrad and Charmaine... sister of Marjean... Competed at 2016 South African Olympic Trails with club team Mandeville Dolphins...
