2023-24:
- Personal best time of 201:12 in the 200-free came against UIC/Missouri State
- Set her low time of 5:10.13 in the 500-free at the A3 Performance Invitational
- Posted her fastest time of 2:07.97 in the 200-backstroke event at the MVC Championships
Prior To UE:
- Attended Liceo scientifico statale Salvatore di Giacomo for high school
- Swam for the C.D.S ssd Club Team, coached by Ciro De Martinis
- Competed in the National Italian Championships every year since she was 12 years old
- Finished second in the 400-Meter Freestyle at the Italian Championships
- Won numerous regional competitions from age seven and up
- Ranked as the 837th recruit worldwide in the Class of 2023 by Swimcloud.com
Personal:
- Daughter of Antonio Carrotta and Veronica Cozzolino
- Has a younger sister, Eleonora
- Her father won a medal for bravery as a police officer after saving the life of two girls in Italy
- Enjoys swimming, reading, singing and listening to music
- Plans on majoring in Criminal Justice at UE, with a goal of becoming a criminal profiler
