2013-2014:Ranked 7^th on team for the 50 Freestyle with a time of 25.28…Ranked 3^rd on the team for the 100 Backstroke with a time of 58.66… Elected to the MVC Scholar Athlete Team

2012-2013: Shotwell ranked 5^th on the team in the 50 Free with a top time of 24.82…15^th on the team in the 100 Free with a  top time of 59.49…12^th on the team in the 200 Free with a top time of 2:07.49…1^st on the team in the 100 Back with a top time of 58.31….1^st on the team in the 200 Back with a top time of 2:06.17 and 11^th on the team in the 100 Fly with a top time of 1:06.09

2011-12: Swam in three first place relay teams on the season…finished the regular season with four second place finishes…owned the second-best time on the team in both backstroke events….placed 13^th in the 100-back at the MVC Championships and 17^th in the 200-back…ended the regular season ranked 11^th in the Valley in the 100-back…posted a season-best time of 25.21 in the 50-free at the MVC Championships.

At Bishop Hartley: State champion out of Pickerington, Ohio…. captain of her high school team…led the Hawks to a district championship and state runners-up in 2010 as well as a district runners-up in 2011…twice been named MVP of her high school team as well as receiving all-league, all-district, all-Ohio and all-American honors…an Academic All-American.

Personal: Daughter of Dan and Rene Shotwell…younger sister of UE swimmer, Justin Shotwell…plans on pursing her doctorate of physical therapy while at UE.
