Prior to UE:
- Participated in volleyball, track and field, soccer, and swimming at West York Area High School
- Honors in high school included Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, Sportsmanship Award, and Athlete of the Week in her county
- Was a 2-time counties champion

- Daughter of Tisen and Titania Thomas
- Has a younger brother Tayvon and older sisters Trinity, Tesia, and Taelyn
- Comes from an extremely athletic family:
- Sister Trinity is on the University of Florida gymnastics team
- Sister Tesia was on the track and field team at Penn State from 2020-24
- Sister Taelyn is currently a diver at Clarion
- Father Tisen was a football player at Penn State
