NORMAL, Ill. -- Sophomore Matt Hunsaker led the University of Evansville with a 23rd place finish Monday in the 69-player D.A. Weibring Invitational, hosted by Illinois State University.

Hunsaker shot 75 today following rounds of 75 and 69 in Sunday's opening two rounds to finish at 9-over-par 219.  Sophomore Christian Poling also finished in the top half, shooting 223 to finish in a 36th place tie.  Illinois State's Chris DeForest earned medalist honors at 209 after tying the course record today with a 7-under-par 63.
