BLOOMINGTON, Ind.—With the third round of the adidas Hoosier Invitational at Indiana University Golf Course being cancelled due to the weather, the University of Evansville men’s team finished 11th in the field of 18 teams after two rounds of play on Saturday.
Eastern Kentucky won the event with a combined score of 582. Evansville finished 11th with rounds of 308 and 298 for a combined score of 606.
Matt Hunsaker ledthe Aces with a sixth place finish with rounds of 70 and 75. Kyle Reddington was also in the top 50 with a two-round score of 149. Christian Poling finished 64th, Alex Kopko finished 70th and Ryan Linsner placed 82nd in the field of 89 golfers.
The Aces will travel to Dickinson, Tennessee for the Murray State Spring Classic which will be held April 7-8 at Graystone Golf Course.
