University of Evansville sophomore Sadie Wells was named Missouri Valley Conference Diver of the Week for the second-consecutive week as announced by the league office today.

 Wells qualified for the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships with her record-setting score of 271.35 on the 1-meter boards Friday night against Illinois State. Wells’ score beat the previous UE record of 260.40 that she set last year. The Monument, Colo., native finished the weekend with first place scores in three of her four events, including winning both 1M and 3M dives against Illinois State.
