This week's Vectren Student-Athlete of the Week honor goes to golfer Michael Sainz.  The sophomore from Elgin, Ill. finished fourth in a field of 83 competitors Sunday and led the University of Evansville to first place in the 15-team Ball State Cardinal Collegiate at Sultan's Run Golf Course in Jasper, Ind. 

Sainz shot 76 and 72 on Saturday, and followed with an even-par 72 in the rain on Sunday.  It was Sainz's first top 10 finish of the season, and his second in the top 20.   He helped the Aces climb from fifth place after round two to first place on Sunday, winning the tournament by two shots over runnerup Bowling Green State University, 889-891. It was Evansville's first team title since the 2008 Butler Invitational.
