EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Following a short break, the Purple Aces women’s golf squad will be back on the course at the IPFW Invitational, which is slated to begin on Sunday morning.
 
Brookwood Golf Club will play host to the tournament, which will start on Sunday at 11 a.m. with the final 18 holes starting with a 10 a.m. shotgun start on Monday morning.
 
Among the schools set to participate are: Oakland, Valparaiso, SIU Edwardsville, Detroit, Northern Illinois, Dayton, Loyola (Ill.), and Indianapolis.
 
Last time out, UE took home a tenth place finish at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate in Sevierville, Tenn.  Freshman Paige Crafton led the way for UE with a team-low 162 no her way to a tie for 31^st. 
 
Just behind her were a pair of sophomores as Cathy Doyle carded a 164 while Dana Hayden tallied a 167 in the event.
