COLUMBUS, Ind. – A pair of University of Evansville men's golfers are performing at a top level at the halfway point of the Indiana Amateur Championship as Tyler Gray and Wil Pahud are each in the top 15 of the championship with two out of four rounds remaining.
Gray has had a stellar tournament so far, recording a 73 in the first round before finishing with a 1-under 71 to rank in a tie for 8
th place at Otter Creek Golf Club in Columbia. Gray is just seven off of the leading pace of Sean Rowen. Rowen, a native of Greenwood, Ind., stands at a 137, seven under par. He has a lead of three shots over second place Andrew Havill.
Pahud has also had a strong tournament thus far. He followed up an opening-round tally of 74 with an even 72 to stand in a tie for 14
th place with a 146. Pahud is two over par.
