Day 1 Results

NORMAL, Ill.  – The University of Evansville women's golf team opened up the fall season at day one of the Redbird Invitational, Sunday in Normal, Ill.
 
Through 36 holes the Purple Aces sit tied for 12^th with Butler, carding a 41-over par 617.
 
Sophia Rohleder leads the way for UE, finishing the second round tied for 22nd. The junior posted a pair of 2-over par rounds with six birdies.
 
Allison Enchelmayer in her collegiate debut sits tied for 56^th with an 11-over par two round score, including three birdies.
 
Alyssa McMinn (T62) and Caitlin O'Donnel (T69) followed up with 12-over and 14-over par performances respectively. Lexie Sollman posted a 15-over par first round, before withdrawing from the event.
 
The Aces are set to tee off at 8:30 a.m. in the final round at the Redbird Invitational.
