ST. LOUIS – Fresh off tying for the top spot at the Lehigh Invitational, University of Evansville sophomore Jamison Ousley has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Men's Golfer of the Week.
 
Ousley tied for medalist while leading the Purple Aces to a victory at the Lehigh Invitational over the weekend. After opening the tournament at Saucon Valley Country Club with a 1-over 73, Ousley carded a 3-under 69 in the final round to finish in a three-way tie for the top position. There was not a playoff and the three were named co-champions.
 
Ousley's win marked the first individual for the UE men since 2017. His efforts helped the team earn its first victory since 2014. Evansville finished the tournament three strokes in front of the field.
