CORALVILLE, Iowa – The University of Evansville women's basketball team opens MVC Tournament play on Thursday evening, taking on 7th-seeded UIC in the first round. Tip-off for Thursday's game is set for 6 PM at Xtream Arena.

- Evansville has won the MVC Tournament twice, coming in 1999 and 2009
