After Loyola scored five-straight points to move in front 9-5, Evansville closed the quarter on an 11-4 run giving the Aces a 16-13 lead as Miller finished the first quarter with seven points. Much like the second quarter went at Loyola on January 18, the Aces struggled to find their rhythm in the second period.
