SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. - In the second round of competition, the University of Evansville women's golf team sits in 11th place with one round to play at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate at Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tenn.
The Aces recorded a 332 as a team in the second round as all, but two teams saw their scores increase on the second day. Samford leads the tournament at 11-over after finishing the second round, holding a four-stroke lead over second-place Marshall.
Seeing a seven-stroke improvement from the first round, Sophia Rohleder leads Evansville with a two-round total of 157 after a second-round 75 on Monday. Rohleder sits in a tie for 30th after the second-largest improvement among team-scoring student-athletes. Two strokes back of Rohleder is senior Madison Chaney, who remained consistent with an 80 on Monday for a two-round totl of 159, placing Chaney ina tie for 34th.

Senior Sydney Anderson is third among the Aces after a second-round 87 brought Anderson's total to 162, placing Anderson in a tie for 46th.
In a tie for 62nd, Lexie Sollman finished with a 90 on the second day to bring her two-round total to 173, while Alyssa McMinn tallied a second-round 98 as McMinn sits alone in 69th. As an individual, Caitlin O'Donnell is in 61st after the second round with a 92 on the second day of action.
Evansville concludes the tournament on Tuesday with the third round at Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tenn.
