EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The University of Evansville men's and women's soccer teams earned the United Soccer Coaches 2025-26 College Team Academic Award on Friday, honoring programs that posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Evansville is one of 178 schools that had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
 
For the 2025-26 school year, the UE women's soccer program posted a team GPA of 3.54. On the men's side, the Aces boasted a 3.36 GPA.
 
The Aces' women's soccer team plays the second of two exhibition matches on Saturday, August 8, traveling to Cincinnati to battle the Bearcats. The regular season is set to begin next Thursday, with the Aces hitting the road to take on Purdue.
 
The men's soccer team open their preseason schedule on Sunday, August 9, traveling to Nashville to take on Belmont. The regular season begins on August 20, when the Aces head to Louisville to battle Bellarmine.
